FGA 2022 ESG Model Bill

On October 11, 2022, following the Foundation for Government Accountability's (FGA) Fall 2022 Western Alliance meeting, FGA's State Government Affairs Director Allen Cambon passed along model ESG legislation for Arizona State Senator Frank Carroll to consider.

As Cambon describes, the model legislation would "prohibit state contracts with financial institutions that practice ESG."
