SFOF Letter on Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's RFI Regarding ESG Disclosure

Published on August 5, 2022

On March 1, 2022, SFOF President Derek Kreifels sent an outline of a comment letter opposing a climate related disclosure rule under consideration by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) to SFOF member treasurers. Kreifels noted that the letter was "being spear headed by Utah's delegation." Because the MSRB is not a government agency, there is no public record of the final letter.
