Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs Requests Documents from Blackrock
Published on February 23, 2023On August 10, 2022 the Texas Senate State Affairs Committee sent a letter to the asset management firm Blackrock requesting documents as part of the committee's investigation into financial services firms' investment practices and considerations of ESG. The letter preceded a December 15, 2022 hearing the committee conducted on the subject.
