These states are:
Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Florida, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Michigan.
Arkansas, Missouri, Maine, Nebraska, Utah.
According to the document:
"The goal is to see which messages in particular, and at this time, under our resonant 'Gone too Far' theme that tests so well with swing constituents and moderate women, (ie: Cancel Culture, safe borders, healthcare, the economy, transgender athletes, etc) work best and will move numbers within these key demographic groups."
"Once we determine the specific messaging that works with each of our target demographics (moderate women and Independents) within each state/area of concentration, we will develop in detail Phase 2 with targeted and tailored issue campaigns to sample populations in these distinct areas, The goal is to first run campaigns (bullets) in which we evaluate impact, then refining as well roll out at scale (cannonballs)."
The total budget for this part of the project was $635,000.
