Leadership Institute 2020 Tax Filing
Published on December 16, 2021The Leadership Institute is a training group for right wing activists, strategists and politicians. It was founded in 1979 by Morton Blackwell, who still runs the group. It has helped launch the careers of a variety of right wing stars like Mitch McConnell, Mike Pence, Grover Norquist, and James O'Keefe.
The filing shows a large increase in funding, up from $17 million in 2019 to $23 million in 2020.
